ABOUT ME

Manish Bansal is a mindfulness instructor. He has been practicing mindfulness for 24 years. Born in India, he grew up in a family of meditators. His curiosity to understand the quality of wandering mind, led him to meet his first meditation teacher in India.

Manish has completed year-long Mindfulness Teacher Training Certification program from University of California-Los Angeles(UCLA). He has also completed Mindfulness Based Stress reduction (MBSR) training from University of California – Irvine(UCI), and Compassion Cultivation training from Stanford University.

Manish has supported mindfulness programs for employees at United Health Care. He is Mindfulness Awareness Practice (MAP) teacher at UCLA mindfulness awareness research center.
