Layer 0: This layer goal is to bring mindful based attention to agile application. The tools such as dyads, triads, mindful listening, Loops helps to foster mindful based attention in agile application. Explains how to conduct mindful agile retrospection and mindful agile meetings.
Layer 1: This layer goal is to bring persona based attention with mindful approach to agile application. Talks about mindful tools for each persona like product owner, scrum master and agile team member. Shares Mindfulness approach for conducting agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, closure, daily standup meetings.
Layer 2: This layer goal is to focus on incremental approach to mindfulness based attention.
CORE Mindful Practices:
These techniques focuses on learning mindfulness, how can they be cultivated and made part of your daily life. These techniques focusses on harnessing intrinsic benefits of mindfulness such as compassion, kindness, focused attention, willingness to be with present moment experiences and embracing change. They help to achieve a greater good, harmonizing work life balance. .

These are combination of practices focused on mindfulness and agile principles. GMP comprises of CORE Mindful Practices, Foundational Agile Practices which are persona based and Agile Mindful Practices.
