One On One Sessions

Mindfulness is a practice. During different stages of our personal practice, we encounter inquiries, challenges, confusion that requires immediate attention and cannot be worked upon in a group setting.

Through One on One sessions, Manish works with you to support your personal practice bringing a balanced approach between personal and professional life through mindfulness techniques. He creates a tailored plan with your collaboration and agreement and facilitates its implementation. The intention is to best support you so you can reap the benefits of mindfulness in daily life. One on One session are offered online(through zoom). They are 30 minutes and 60 minutes long .The first session (30 minutes) is free of cost. You can sign up for it by choosing free session service.

Cancellation Policies

No cancellations or changes allowed within 24 hours of the appointment.

If you need to cancel your appointment outside the 24 hour cancellation policy, please TEXT us at (469) 826 5781. Will issue full refund.

Payment is required in advance for all appointments and for last minute (less than 24 hours) cancellations, no exceptions.

The purpose of this consultation was to be introduced to and facilitate my awareness through the wisdom of mindfulness as defined by Manish Bansal to be: “Being aware and accepting of the present moment experiences with curiosity and compassion and willingness to be with”. In seeking this consultation with Manish Bansal, I understand how I can expect to benefit from his mindfulness teaching and training, and also understand what benefits I should not expect to receive from Manish Bansal.

I understand that Manish Bansal is NOT a therapist, a psychologist, a marriage therapist,  and a medical or mental professional

I understand that Manish Bansal does not provide any services to individuals who are in care of their mental health professionals and those who consume medications prescribed to them by their doctors or are otherwise using any prescription drugs that may affect their mental state or their behavior;

I understand that Manish Bansal mindfulness teachings are not intended to be a substitute for professional or psychological therapy or advice.

I declare and represent that I am not currently in the care of a psychiatrist or any other mental health professional and that I will immediately stop utilizing Manish Bansal services (whether in person or through her website or App), if I feel that my sessions with Manish Bansal are affecting me in a negative manner or impacting my treatment plans. I will consult with appropriate medical professional’s to check if services provided my Manish Bansal best fits my physical and mental needs.
